1. What we collect
When you use our lead form or instant quote calculator, we collect only the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your phone / WhatsApp number
- Your email address (if provided)
- Your suburb or area
- Project details: service of interest, room area (m²), linear metres of cabinetry, type of cupboard, room type, and similar measurements you enter into the calculator
- Any optional message you choose to send
2. How we use your information
Your details are used only to prepare a quote, issue a formal invoice, and follow up with you about your project. We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. How information is shared
Submissions reach KhayaKraft via WhatsApp and email using the contact details you provide. Communication on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, issue an invoice and complete any project that follows. After that, it is retained only as long as required for our business records or by South African law (typically up to 5 years for invoicing and tax records). You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to make a request.
