1. Our process
Every KhayaKraft engagement follows the same simple process:
- Quote — you request an estimate via the instant quote calculator, lead form, WhatsApp or email.
- Invoice — we issue a formal invoice based on your space, finishes and requirements.
- Confirmation — we arrange a call or in-person visit to confirm scope, materials and timelines before anything is booked.
- Payment — payment is only requested after the invoice has been confirmed with you. No payment is taken on this website.
- Work begins — once payment is confirmed, work is scheduled and a site assessment is completed before the build starts.
2. Quotes
Estimates produced by the instant quote calculator and quotes provided via WhatsApp, email or in person are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing is confirmed in the formal invoice and scope-confirmation step.
3. Workmanship warranty
KhayaKraft warrants its workmanship against defects in installation for a reasonable period from the date of project completion. The warranty covers defects arising from our installation and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or modifications by third parties. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately, per the manufacturer's own terms.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KhayaKraft's liability arising out of or in connection with any project is limited to the value of the services provided. KhayaKraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable site access, accurate information about the property, and timely decisions on design and materials so that timelines can be met.
6. Payment terms

Specific payment structure (e.g. deposit percentage, progress and final payments) will be added here before launch. All payments are handled directly between KhayaKraft and the customer off-site, after the invoice has been confirmed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
